3. Under MDA, select “
Federal Medical Centre, Yola”.
4. Under Name of Service, choose “
Nurses Specialty Training”.
5. Enter the Amount:
₦12,500.
6. Enter the Payer’s Name: (
Applicant’s Full Name).
7. Enter the Phone Number: (
Applicant’s Active Phone Number).
8. Enter the Email Address: (
Applicant’s Email Address).
9. Click
Submit and proceed to complete the payment.
10. Save or download your RRR and
payment receipt (PDF).
STEP 2: Begin Application on CONS MAUTH Portal (here)
if you aready have an account skip this step
1. Click on
Create an Account.
2. Fill in all required details including:
- NIN Number:
- Personal details:
3. Submit the form.
STEP 3: Login to Continue Application
1. If not redirected, click
Login.`
2. Enter Login ID (Phone Number) and continue.
3. Select course of study, fill JAMB information (ND/HND) and others
4. Click next
3. Enter
RRR Number and upload receipt.
4. Click
Update.
STEP 4: Complete the Full Application Form
1. Fill in all personal, academic, and contact information.
2. Provide
JAMB result ND/HND only
3. Upload required documents (JAMB result or RN Certificate, O-Level Result,).
4. Submit the form.
5. Print Acknowledgement Slip.
